fitness * life * yoga"Live in the layers, not on the litter"-Stanley KunitzSherry Sidoti, bioOriginally from NYC, and transported from Los Angeles, CA, I have lived on Martha's Vineyard, MA since 2002. I have since been fortunate to offer private and group fitness and yoga classes to many wonderful people from around the country.I am particularly drawn to the change within that is experienced through yoga and physical activity- to "play" within my body; to use my breath and movement to get to know myself and my divine nature better; and to purify the body so that my true Self has a place to call home. It is pure joy to take part of others' transformations- to watch as clarity, compassion, discovery, energy and growth unfold in sessions, to share laughter and song and reach new heights with a group during classes- I sometimes wonder why everyone isn't doing this for a living! I am eternally grateful for my two soul mates- my husband Robert and son Miles- whose unconditional love, humor and willingness to flow have illuminated my path. Sherry is proud to have been voted "close runner up" for #1 Yoga Class in Martha Vineyard's Magazine's Best of 2008.
