FLY partners/staff all come with quality expertise in their specific areas of focus. Additionally, if you are interested in deepening your subtle body practice, we are happy to facilitate guided relaxation and meditation. specialized programs: *Yoga for Golf, Tennis or Basketball and overall Athletic Peak Performance with Robert Sidoti: improve flexibility, power, balance, functional movement, injury prevention and mind control to stay relaxed in "the zone" and make the most of your game. *Wedding Packages: prepare your body, mind and spirit for your upcoming big day. One on one, with your honey, or invite the entire wedding party to join in. *Semi-private Barefoot Camps: get the benefits of private training/yoga but share the costs.
