Whether you are desiring to tone muscles, feel better about yourself, decrease discomforts, build strength and endurance, increase flexibility, connect inward, rehabilitate from injury, have more energy or you simply need some help unwinding, we are here to walk (and sometimes run, and sometimes sit) you through the experience. We draw upon our experience and training from a variety of traditions- including Vinyasa, Forrest, Sivananda Hatha, Yin, Power, Prenatal and Postpartum and Holistic Yoga, functional fitness training, core stability and balance, assisted stretching, pranayama/breath work, and endurance training techniques. Our instructors all come with quality expertise in their specific areas of focus. Additionally, if you are interested in deepening your subtle body practice, we are happy to facilitate guided relaxation and meditation. Building Wings- One month Immersion Program: This is a total immersion program for the new to Fitness and/or Yoga. Take the intimidation out of joining group classes and allow FLY to be a part of your life for the long-term. This four week program is designed as follows: week 1- three sessions, one group classes week 2- two private sessions, two group classes week 3- one private session, three group classes week 4- one private session, three group classes. Those who complete the Building wings Program will receive $20 off a monthly unlimited or ten-class pack. A $844 value for $750 *Yoga for Golf, Tennis or Basketball and overall Athletic Peak Performance with Robert Sidoti: improve flexibility, power, balance, functional movement, injury prevention and mind control to stay relaxed in "the zone" and make the most of your game. *Wedding Packages: Getting married on the Island? Prepare your body, mind and spirit for your upcoming big day on Martha's Vineyard. One on one, with your honey, or invite the entire wedding party to join in. *Semi-private Barefoot Camps: Get the benefits of private training/yoga but share the costs. Available for small group training 2-5 people. Specialized Private Healing Arts: Pranassage with Bennett Coffey. Pranassage is a one-on-one yoga experience with heavy hands-on assistance that will guide you towards deep relaxation. Pranassage calls upon breath, touch and postures to bring Prana into our conscious awareness. Prana is the vital energy force sustaining life and creation, and it is involved in physical, mental and spiritual health and strength. One of the goals of a yoga practice is to free up prana within the body. Through touch, pressure and postures, prana is made easier to feel. In a state of deep relaxation, the logical conscious mind is no longer holding back prana. Pranassage is available to all. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and to your level of yoga experience. Pranassage appeals to people with no previous yoga experience, as well as the seasoned practitioner of yoga or other active forms of body-mind integration. Healing-Reiki Session with Lynn Dwayne A healing session that combines conversing, spiritual education, energy work/ Reiki, shamanic work & soul retrival, and intuitive guidance. Walking a healthy path is such a fulfilling life. Energy medicine transforms and frees us. Simply put, illness, disease, depression vibrate at a very low rate. Happiness and good health vibrate at a very high rate. Love Vibrates at the absolute highest frequency there is.
