FLYfusion
A 60 minute barefooted high-energy practice created by FLY founded Sherry Sidoti. This class takes you through a series of yoga postures, strengthing with free weights, balancing exercises, safe plyometrics and functional movements, all while grooving out to great music from around the globe. Fun for all.
BROga: FLY Yoga
Get the benefits of yoga, without the intimidation. In this friendly approach to yoga, it's okay if you can't touch your toes. Come practice postures that stretch and open the body and tap into your strength and power from a dude's point of view. All levels welcome.
FLY Yoga: Morning
A blend of Vinyasa, Power, Forrest, Holistic-Atma Yoga, Deep Core strengthening: Asana to balance our active solar energy and our more receptive lunar energies. Using the rhythm of our own breath to guide us through flowing postures series, we tap into our many koshas (layers of the body) to play and study and explore from the inside out. All levels of practice welcome.
FLY Mamaste: Prenatal Yoga
Safe and effective postures, pranayama (breath work), stretching and toning that relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, support the changes in your body and best prepare you for labor. This is the space to share your experiences with other moms-to-be, release and relax your body and mind, connect with your unborn child, learn to trust your own instincts so that you may be informed and empowered throughout your childbearing year and beyond. Suitable for all trimesters.
FLY Yoga Barefoot Camp
A perfect way to start your day. Morning asana (physical posturing), meditation and pranayama (breath work), core strengthening series, community building, and deep detoxification. Sign up for one week or one month. Registration required- sherry@flyyogamv.com.
FLY Yoga: Evening Practice
A blend of Vinyasa, BROga™, Yin, Holistic, and Restorative Yoga. Wind down your day with this heartfelt evening practice. We will emphasize release and relaxation in this class, practice going inward and connecting deeply to our breath and our inner wisdom. Everyone welcome.
