CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

FLYfusion
A 60 minute barefooted high-energy practice created by FLY founded Sherry Sidoti. This class takes you through a series of yoga postures, strengthing with free weights, balancing exercises, safe plyometrics and functional movements, all while grooving out to great music from around the globe. Fun for all.
BROga: Yoga Strength
FLY signature class designed for male body and mind! Join Robert for this signature strength and yoga class for men (women welcome too). Deepen your flexibility with postures that target those typically tight areas (hamstrings, low back and hips) and build muscle and power in the arms, legs and core. Tap into your internal fire, improve your balance, and stabilize and strengthen the entire body and mind. Robert combines his training in fitness and yoga to bring you a no-fooling-around-all-over-body-toning-and-opening experience, all while helping to calm the spirit and mind. Everybody welcome.
Vinyasa Yoga
Asana that emphasizes finding the balance between the active solar energy and the more receptive lunar energy within us all. Using the rhythm of our own breath to guide us through flowing postures series, we tap into our many layers to have play and study and explore from the inside out. This class is 75 minutes. All levels of practice welcome.
Core
Everyone might be a candle, but not everyone is lit! 60 minutes devoted to our core muscles- abs, glutes, inner thighs, pelvic floor and back- and our core essence- our internal fire. Class begins with focused breath-work, followed by heat generating exercises to warm up from the inside out. The rest of the class is dedicated to a deep "get into your core" sequence guaranteed to make you ignite the internal flame. All levels.
Mamaste: Prenatal Yoga
A 60 minute series of safe and effective postures, pranayama (breath work), stretching and toning that relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, support the changes in your body and best prepare you for labor. This is the space to share your experiences with other moms-to-be, release and relax your body and mind, connect with your unborn child, learn to trust your own instincts so that you may be informed and empowered throughout your childbearing year and beyond.
Yoga Hour
60 minutes of Hatha yoga. Salute the day with calming energy, stretch the body and wake up the spirit! Leave class feeling refreshed, centered and vibrant for your day. Great for newcomers and experienced yogis alike!
BFC- Barefoot Camp
This class meets M/W/F from 6-7am for a 4 week commitment. Participants learn to foster a personal yoga practice, work on balance and functional training as well as core stability. Please see "Programs" page for upcoming sessions.
POWER
This class is for everyone looking to tap into their own personal Power! The exercises and yoga postures are designed to bring focus and strength to the body and mind. Learn how to find and ignite your power, strengthen your entire body and cardiovascular system while using only your own body weight. Be ready for a sweaty challenge that will also help your mind to let go!
